Welcome to NY Nut Growers!

Our Purpose

The New York Nut Growers Association is an all volunteer, non-profit organization that promotes nut tree growing in New York state. Our mission is to educate people on the benefits of nut trees and to provide cultural information to assist in growing nut trees for crops and timber.

Spring 2020 NYNGA Program

The New York Nut Growers Association Spring Program will be held at the Ulysses Historical Society Museum in Trumansburg , NY (near Ithaca) on Saturday, April 18, 2020. The theme of the program will be “Cloning Valuable Nut Trees”. The public is invited to attend.  Questions? Contact on-site planner, John Wertis, at (607) 387 - 4331 or  bwwfarmtoday@aol.com

NYNGA is also planning its Summer Program. It will be held in conjunction with the NNGA Annual Meeting at the Delaware Valley University campus in Pennsylvania.
