Directions for Meeting at Rutgers University, September 27, 2008From the North and West (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany):Take New York State Thruway, I-90 East to Albany. NYS Thruway continues south from Albany as I-87. Take I-87 South past Kingston and Newburgh to Exit 14A, the Garden Parkway. See the detailed directions below. from Exit 14 A to Rutgers. From the South and West (Jamestown, Olean, Corning, Binghamton) Take I-86 (aka Rt. 17) East all the way across the scenic southern tier of New York to the NYS Thruway I-87. Take I-87 south to Exit 14A, The Garden Parkway. See detailed directions below from Exit 14 A to Rutgers. From Exit 14A to Meeting place: Follow the Garden State Parkway southbound for 70 miles to Exit 129, the New Jersey Turnpike. Head south on the NJ Turnpike for about 7 miles to Exit 9. Bear right after the toll booths and follow the signs for Rt. 18 North, New Brunswick. Stay to the left, but not the far left lane, to continue on route 18 North. Proceed on Rt. 18 North for only 1/4 mile and Exit on the Right at Route 1 South (be aware that this is a difficult intersection to navigate, try to go slow). Proceed on Rt. 1 South for about 1 mile, going past Ryder's Lane and turn right onto College Farm Rd. Make a left at its terminus (4 way stop) onto Dudley Road. Take Dudley Rd. to its end ad make a right onto Nichol Avenue. Make the first legal right turn after you see the first greenhouse visible on your right. A long greenhouse bay is visible from the sidewalk. Use the small parking lot in front of the greenhouse. Accommodations:
